Cancellations:
We understand that sometimes customers change their minds! Cancellations on orders of $25 dollars or more may be cancelled at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of sale. You will find a form and instructions for canceling on the back of your sales receipt. Please note that we do not take cancellations by phone.
Other subscription or order concerns?
In some rare instances it may happen that your magazines or books are not reaching you when they should, or were delivered in an unacceptable condition. Whatever the problem, we encourage you to tell us about it. We will work hand in hand with the publishers to resolve the problems for you.
